The Lemna Factor
Our novel lemna plant strain is capable of storing 42% protein. Additionally, we have created a proprietary extraction process achieving a 75% yield and reaching a protein digestibility corrected amino acid score similar to beef, eggs and milk.
Our protein is rich in B12 vitamin, Omega 3 fatty, antioxidants Fibers , Vitamin E, Iron and allergen-free.
Our Functional Protein
On May 16th 2025, the U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida officially approved the transfer of the intellectual property rights of Lemnature Aquafarms Corporation (formerly Parabel Inc.) to LemnaPro.
This strategic acquisition includes 95 patents, 17 trademarks, and critical operational data assets that significantly enhance our development and innovation capabilities in the fields of sustainable protein extraction and duckweed (Lemna) cultivation.
